Being able to transfer a file with the Instant messaging client.

Some clients seem to permit file transfer over xmpp.
And so does Tigase (https://docs.tigase.net/tigase-server/8.0.0-RC1/Administration_Guide/html_chunk/XEP0363.html)
So maybe it's already possible outside of the BlueMind web app but the later would need UI changes
