Moderate mail sent to a group (SB-1104)

I want to be able to moderate email sent to one or more group (like exchange).

Typically, one user want to send an email to a large group (.all users <-- made by me), as a moderator (user or administrator) i can reject or approuve the email. The moderator recieve a mail that inform him, and he can approve or refuse directly in the mail.

You can add an interface to manage this in a second time.
