task report: send according to severity (SB-1165)

Hello BlueMind,

it would be nice if reports sent from task execution could be set up to be sent if only if the result meets a condition based on the severity, like 'success', 'warning' or 'error'.
I like to receive every report for the ldap sync job and the backup job but i'm only interested if it failed or any non success condition actually.

Wow, je ne me rappelais plus que j'avais fait cette proposition de feature !
Aujourd'hui, je voulais rechercher avant de la créer et je retombe sur la mienne !
