Hello,
this feature suggestion is actually the opposite of SB-881.
Identity list associated to a Thunderbird profile should be a locked pref in a corporate environment. Users should not be allowed to use any address they want to send emails.
In BM webmail, only identies for which users are authorized are available as a new identity.
It would be cool if the TB connector could populate the identities in the user profile from the same authorized list available in BM.
I would imagine it to work with shared mail accounts but also any mailshare (groups ?)
The connector would  also lock down any other manual identity addition.
