Calendar Suggestion Box Thunderbird connector

The idea is to use Thunderbird's notification system instead of the Bluemind notification system. When an event with a reminder is added to the local Thunderbird calendar you can see a small bell, but in the bluemind calendar, there is no bell even if a reminder is set.

Search		TIP: it's more efficient to vote for an existing suggestion than to submit your own – the "post suggestion" button appears after search results (if you're logged in).
	Include suggestions that have been developped List most recent suggestions first
