Calendar: On a recurrent invitation, when adding a new attendee "Send to changed" should not send invitation to all attendees (SB-1262)

Following the Jira issue with support:
 On a recurrent invitation, when just adding a new attendee (for the next invivations or only one), "Send to changed" option should not send invitation to all attendees... only to the new attendee. 
The original attendees do not need to accept the invitation when whe only add a new attendee. 
It is how outlook is working.
It is seen as SPAM for original attendees
