Thunderbird reminders (SB-1363)

The BlueMind "reminders" can not be called reminders. RFC is indeed rather vague about the definition of event reminders (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6638) but in any other calendar app, reminders are:
1 - Aggressive in the background - they pop no matter what. The whole purpose of reminders is that somebody forgot about the event and maybe didn't even prepare anything - maybe Thunderbird is closed in the sys tray after just starting the day - i.e. Thunderbird was not touched (and tab not open).
2 - Snoozable - One must be able to snooze reminder - i.e. reset timer by, for example, 15 minutes.
3 - Persistent and manageable - The data should be stored somewhere and the reminder must be acknowledged before being able to disappear.
The BlueMind reminders have none of these characters. Therefor they are only (nowhere near reliable) notifications.
Not even the notifications themselves don't work, but that's another "feature request".
