Make possible to add custom Outlook plugins (SB-1429)

When using MAPI, BlueMind push some Outlook plugins through EWS, it would be to great to be able to push custom plugins too.

Also, it is required with some Phish Thread protections by some vendors (such as Sophos, which we have)
