IM "Home" with search and dashboard (SB-883)

When spontaneously opening the IM from the webmail (not when responding to a chat invitation), I'd like a IM "Home" to be displayed with the following information:

- a search box to search chat archives
- links to archives of last conversations I've been participating to

Search		TIP: it's more efficient to vote for an existing suggestion than to submit your own – the "post suggestion" button appears after search results (if you're logged in).
	Include suggestions that have been developped List most recent suggestions first
