In the top toolbar, it would be nice to have a search field "Directory". Being in this bar allows a directory access at any time. By entering the first letter of the name, the results are displayed. By placing the cursor over the name, there is a tooltip with the name / first name, email service and phone number. After that, when clicked, it is based on the application context: webmail app, we wrote an email to the attention of the person; in contact app, we enter its details; in the calendar app, it creates a meeting with that person as a guest.

The benefit of this feature is especially related to having at any time an opening on the directory and to highlight information in a minimum of manipulation.

Search		TIP: it's more efficient to vote for an existing suggestion than to submit your own – the "post suggestion" button appears after search results (if you're logged in).
	Include suggestions that have been developped List most recent suggestions first
